Die 1127 Ha plaas is Noord Wes van Carolina gelee met 420 Ha baie goeie lande en 707 Ha weiding.
Die eenheid bestaan uit 5 titelaktes.
INFRASTRUKTUUR
Daar is twee woonbare huise op die plaas waarvan een met solar toegerus is en die ander met ‘n munisipale kragpunt.
Geen store.
WEIDING
Die plaas is verdeel in 10 kampe met natuurlike water in al die kampe. (Spruite, rivier en gronddamme.)
Die plaas dra huidiglik 350 beeste op die weiding en oesreste.
Die heinings is in goeie toestand
LANDE
Die lande bestaan uit mooi rooigrond, sandleem en klein deel turf.
Die vyfjaar gemiddeld op mielies is 7.2 ton. Grondchemie is reggestel in 2024 en gemiddeld van 2.2 ton kalk is gestrooi.
Kontoere en waterbane is in goeie toestand.
WATERREG
Daar is geregistreerde waterreg op die plaas. (Hoeveelheid sal bevestig word)
Daar is geen grondeise op die 5 titelaktes nie. Daar woon mense met permanente verblyfsreg op die plaas.

There are two houses on the farm, one of which is equipped with solar and the other with a municipal power point.

PASTURE
The farm is divided into 10 camps with natural water in all the camps. (Spruits, river and earth dams.)
The farm currently carries 350 cattle on the pasture and crop residues.
The fences are in good condition
LANDS
The fields consist of nice red soil, sandy loam and a small part of peat.
The five-year average on maize is 7.2 tons. Soil chemistry was corrected in 2024 and an average of 2.2 tons of lime was spread.
Contours and water courses are in good condition.
WATER RIGHTS

There are no land claims on the 5 title deeds. There are people living on the farm with permanent residence rights.
