Deneysville 885 Ha

Excellent farm in the Deneysville area. The farm consist of 230 ha of dry lands and 655 ha of good quality grazing.

 

The farm is well developed and divided into 7 camps.  The fences are in excellent condition and consist of concrete poles and 8 lines.

 

Adequate water supplied from a central reservoir and a borehole (25 000 m3 per hour) equipped with 4 inch cylinder windmill.

 

The farm carry 200 head of cattle through the year.

 

The 230 ha of dry lands is high in clay with black turf and grey turf soil.  

They currently produce grain sorghum, soy beans and maize.  There is potential to develop more dry lands up to 600 ha.

 

There is no improvements with no Eskom electricity on the farm.
